iPhone and iPod Touch

I currently have an iPod Touch with about 40 apps. In iTunes under applications I see them. My question is when I connect my iPhone when I get it will it sync those apps to it? Or will I have 2 application sections?

It will sync free and paid. The paid apps live on your Mac not on your iPhone (well, both actually).

If your phone is on the same iTunes account as your iPod, they will share applications.

Seems like we are in the same boat.... i've been an iPod junky since they came out 5gb model... then progressed to the 10gb, 30gb, etc.... then i bought the iPod Touch back at xmas time and that put me over the edge for the iPhone... finally pulled the trigger a few days ago and now i wait!!....LOL...

I had the same question about the apps... i have about 110 on the Touch, but via this forum it looks like we don't have to pay twice for the paid apps!! (slingbox app was $30 alone) so it's great to hear we don't have to double purchase the apps...
