iPhone and iTunes app sync question

I have an iPhone 4 and a MacBook Pro.


If I delete an app from iTunes, it's also deleted from the iPhone.
If I delete an app from the iPhone, it does NOT get deleted from iTunes.

How do I make it a two-way sync? Thank you.

you have to delete the app in itunes. you have to do this through your app library and not just on the app tab of your phone.
