Can anyone help as I'm tearing my hair out with this. My iphone won't sync contacts or calendar with my macbook. The phone will pick up new info from the computer but not the other way round. I have removed and reinstalled iTunes, restored my phone, tried syncing it through another user account and tried a hard reset on my phone. Nothing works (including spending over 2 days on the phone with Apple support who can't fix it either).
