iPhone and Mobile Me: Incoming Mobile Me mail but want another outgoing address. How?

Hope I can explain this...

I have my own POP3 mail account (ron@verizon.net) I am forwarding
through Google Mail to filter spam and then to my MobileMe email
address so all my mail goes to one account. Easier to manage across
three computers.

The problem is, any outgoing email I send that I want for
my POP3 address is tagged with my MobileMe address (ron@me.com)

How can I set my iPhone up so all my mail gets pushed to the
MobileMe email but goes out as if sent from my POP3 account?

I did try running it through my POP3 SMTP address but it didn't
work well.
