I do not think UPS will give you an exact time. If you order items that come via UPS you should know the approximate time they will come. It's not like there is a separate guy delivering iphones.

That actually wasn't true for my last iPhone. UPS normally comes late afternoon yet my iPhone was delivered at 9am.

It is going to my work, so there is a new guy a lot and sometimes not even show up...

Can I hold the package at UPS and pick it up?

You'll get an email closer to delivery day giving you a 4 hour time period of when it will be delivered...

I'm not sure how accurate it will be during the extremely busy iPhone launch day, but it's always been accurate for me
