iPhone and old facebook

I am on my 2G right now. When I access iPhone.facebook.com then login and just surf around in facebook... After like 2 minutes later it just log me off and i have to sign in again.

I am using my home wifi. Is it a problem with my iPhone or that iPhone.facebook.com doesn't like the 2G iPhone on t-mobile network?
