I just got a deal with Orange. It's a 30 day 'Sim Only' deal.

250 minutes (I never call more than 200 minutes p/m)
Unlimited texts
Unlimited Internet
15 free picture messages p/m

£9 a month.... which I'm very happy with.

Now, I was wondering if the 'internet' on Orange 'Sim Only' was actually 3G? This is my first phone deal with the possibility of internet, so I'm unsure of whether this is 2G or 3G speed.

Can I just pop my Sim into an unlocked 3GS?

I'm really surprised there are no answers for me?

I can't find anywhere in Orange's terms and conditions that it's 3G internet with 'Sim Only'...

Thanks in advance

Hi, yeah if they're giving you 'unlimited' internet or some internet package.. else you'll get charged. And your iPhone will connect to 3G, if not 2G and vice versa. Make sure they send you a 3G SIM
