Couple PCs at home and a few at work. I've installed iTunes on each and with my Touch I was able to simply plug it in and drag songs to it. With the phone, it always tells me it has to erase and sync when I select manually manage music. Is there a way to use more than one PC. I visited the Genius bar today and was told it has to erase ONCE and then you can use as many PCs as you want....NOPE. I select manually manage on one PC, drag music to phone...great. I plug into another PC, select manually manage, it tells me it needs to erase and sync, so all files gone, but manually sync is selected and I can drag files to it. Plug back into original PC. Manually select is not check as it was before. I check it, said it needs to erase and sync. It's a vicious circle. Anyone?

iPhones/iPods can only be synced with ONE computer. There are special programs out there (Google em) for syncing with multiple computers or moving music onto it as if it were a flash drive instead of an iPod.

I found some instructions for syncing with more than one computer (I don't remember where anymore, but I am sure Google does), but I gave up on it because it was getting to be too complicated to be worth it.
