Hello people I have a vpn app for iPhone and I use it always to bowse anonymous i accidentally had the vpn on and I download an app in the apps store will that affect anything on my account having the VPN on

No! When you sign in to Apple Store; Apple know who you are; just like if you use regular cellular or Wi-Fi connections and will operate as such.
