When the iPhone is connected to a wifi network does the phone function as VOIP phone in terms of quality of connection?

What :| ??? It functions exactly the same as normal, over the cellular network, unless your using an app to use VOIP over your wifi connection, and then its all dependant on how good you ISP is.
