got my gold iPhone 6s on launch day and the white antenna bands have already started to discolour. I k ow its from the indigo from my jeans but doesn't 90% of the world wear jeans? Surely this shouldn't be happening. I have tried using record cleaner and lens cleaner but there is still a blueish tinge to the bands.
Is anybody else having this? Or has anybody found this on the previous version and figured out how to clean the bands?

Use a pencil eraser.

If you don't want it to happen again, don't wear newish jeans that have warnings on them saying that the dye may stain other fabrics. Or just buy a phone case.

Change to khakis ? (sorry :D )

Time to launder properly?

Wearing jeans 90% of the time is NOT the same as "90% of the world wears jeans" - bit a stretch for that...
But, of course everyone has khakis, just as a fashion backup... :D

Does it only dye your antenna bands if the jeans are of bad quality? I've never had any problems with mine.

There's things like raw denim (usually really good quality jeans) where the denim is not pre-washed (cheaper jeans most people buy) and therefore the dyes are not washed out yet and they can rub off on basically everything. Shoes, walls, car seats, anything your jeans touch. And then there are jeans that just bleed dye and are made crappy. I suggest the OP wash his damn jeans (there shouldn't be any problems after first or second wash) or buy ones that don't bleed (aka spend a little more money).

Also, why do people make these lame posts and then don't add in any pictures? If there is something visually wrong with whatever you are posting, show a picture. Ain't that hard.

Thanks, I usually have Levi's so I don't really know which brands stain.

It clearly states on the labels that the dyes used might stain other fabrics and such. Wash them or use a case if you don't want to wash them.

Thanks - the pencil eraser worked a treat! Think I'll be getting some sort of case while my jeans wear in a bit more. They are brand new and are bleeding indigo all over the place.

Once you get your case....and your phone stays clean...

The solution is obviously nudity.

... though that introduces a new problem, where to carry your phone and I won't be making _any_ recommendations ...

Put on a case or throw away your jeans lol. Could cause chaos to your other clothing when mixed together
