Does anyone know if there is a way to directly report an iPhone app that features content that was stolen from my company?

I know there are email contact forms, but I would like a direct number to Apple.

The application is being sold in several of the App Stores (I've confirmed that it is in the US, UK and Japan stores).

What's really troublesome is the content that the app "developer" stole from my company is something we give away free of charge on our website.

Not only does this hurt my company (which is located in Japan, where we are struggling to survive as it is), but it is stealing money from anyone who buys the app without knowing the content is actually freely available from the copyright holder.

What kind of content?

I think I heard something about this a couple months ago where someone was uploading fair use books or movies and selling them on the store, but the copyright holder was in russia or something. I would start with the dev center and then work your way up to corporate. Good luck.

Yeah, that sounds like the right approach. It's just that I don't know how to reach someone directly in the Dev Center. If there is a developer here who could assist on my behalf, I'd happily repay the favor once the crisis here in Japan subsides.

Thanks.
