iOS iphone app hyperlinking

i have an app for the iphone all i need to is that i have a search bar where in people can type their zipcode to check the weather.
i need the code so that when a person types a zipcode in the search bar it will automatically direct him to weather.com pages which actually shows him the weather at that particular zipcode.

so as the person enters the zipcode i need a program which goes to weather.com and enters the zipcode in the search bar and finally show the weather conditions at that particular zipcode.
