iPhone app icons not showing up in Edit Widgets

When editing the widgets on my Mac, my iPhone apps show up, but their icons do not. Is this a widespread bug or a "me issue"? If the latter, any idea how to get them to show up? (Guessing there's a bad cache somewhere.) I've tried restarting both devices. FWIW, the icons do show up everywhere else, such as Spotlight/new launchpad and iPhone notifications on Mac.
