Iphone App PvZ help!

so my sister gave me her iphone 3g. and i had a 2g. And my friend gave me his itunes account and i downloaded plants vs zombies of it. And i played the **** out of that game and i want to transfer my save file. So now i backed up my phone and restored it the app wont start up, it just goes to the Popcap screen and goes back to home screen. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and i lost all my stuff. Is there a way to delete the app at the same time having my save files inside?

because i did this last time.. i had all my apps deleted and i restored it.. and redled plants vs zombies and my save file was there

You have to restore from backup thru itunes.

:\ this sucks balls.. i have to find the right restore for my iphone and i have lika 1023123 because i kept trying to find it yesterday... so frustrating..
I'm restoring my iphone and doing it again hopefully it doesn't restore PvZ so i can just DL it..
