Iphone App Question: Creating new app

I want to create an app that would send time released videos, for example, once per week, to the customer of the iphone/ipad app.
I have already shot and produced several dozen 1-2 minute HD videos on health tips.

Does this sound like it could be a potential app.

Would it need special coding. I already have all my videos on blip.tv and most are also on a youtube channel too.

Could I syndicate straight from blip.tv?

What would be the best way to pull this off and where would I find someone to do it for me?

An app can be pretty much anything. Your app would work. You can google search "iPhone app developer" or learn objective c yourself.
