iphone app update warning sign keeps coming back after update

I have a problem with five apps that my iPhone and even sometimes my mac wants me to update all the time. I download, install, and right after my iPhone says that I should update.

For the mac it's more like once a week....

I just did an update and only three 3 apps need to be updated on my iPhone (although I can see they HAVE been updated) and my macstore tells me no update available...)
