My replacement iPhone doesn’t have my apple Care and doesn’t have my iPhone upgrade information linked did this happen to you before ?

how long does it take to get sorted I called apple care agreement team and they escalated the issue ?

It can take some time but eventually it will be there. Give it some time dude.

Have had it take a couple of days in the past.

Add in a global pandemic, SLAs might not be up to usual standards right now.
