Have an iPhone with BestSkinsEver (BSE) applied. Used phone for a month after applying the skin. Other day, lower half of screen stopped responding to touch. Have an appointment today at the Apple Store to deal with the issue. Does the BSE have to be removed before they can accept it for return? If it has the BSE on it, will they assert that the use of water in the application of the BSE may have caused the problem and the warranty is void?

I would take the skin off so that they don't even question it...plus they will probably be replacing the phone anyway.
