iphone applecare+ experience?

After you pay $49, will apple give you a new iphone or refurbished one? I am wondering if they also give you earphone, cable, adapter and box.

Apple care has just jump to $79 to get it swapped at the Genius Bar. I assume if you bought your apple care before the price change was made (around the time the new 5s came out) that you still only have to pay the 49 dollar fee. Also when they swap your phone it will be with a new phone. However, you won't get the fancy box, USB cable of headphones, strictly just a phone. Good luck!

You will get a refurb but it will be in top condition that you will not be able to tell anyway.
New screen, whole new exterior case, new battery, buttons etc...
Only some internals are reused.
And no you don't get the accessories or box. Just the phone. You should still have the accessories if not you buy new ones if you want.
