Nice. I've had experience with a vehicle after-market warranty company that went under suddenly, taking a LOT of customer money with them - so I'm very leery of after-market warranties. Good to see a comparable solution from Apple directly.

I'm sure the answer is No, but I'll ask anyway. If I purchase two iPhones, can one AppleCare+ cover both?

I think it's effectively killed the common "generous genius" stories we hear about people walking in the Apple Store with an iPhone with a cracked screen and then walking out with a free replacement.

Most likely not- probably linked to serial number just like regular AppleCare is.
