iPhone application Converting - Please Help

Hi,

if I were to make an application in Action Script 2 how hard would it be to convert it too AS3? Because I already know how to use AS2 comfortably and I would be able to make the application thought it but would be worth to then convert it or for me to just learn AS3? If you do have any really really good AS3 tutorial I would be thankful.
