iphone apps keep losing their settings

Hi, I have the iphone 6s plus and recently I keep having to enter an apps settings like I had just installed it. The best example is the login information for apps like yahoo and espn and also banking apps but it also happens in games where it all of a sudden has me starting over like I lost my saved games. Seems to be all apps this is happenign too...any ideas?

Anyone seen this or have any ideas? Another symptom that may or not be related is my battery percentage setting keeps being turned off as well.
 
maybe if you restored from a backup the files got corrupted somehow.

but idk.
