Iphone Apps keep reinstalling ?why

My iphone Apps keep on re-installing despite deleting them (its like a never ending loop!!) its getting me mad!!!
Can anyone help me out on this?

Sounds like they are still active and sync back up when you do. Either delete them totally, or when the iPhone is connected to iTunes, manage your apps and turn them off.

Delete them from iTunes. When you connect the iPhone to your computer it syncs everything, including applications that were deleted. It seems kind of dumb but it is useful like for when your phone gets messed up and you have to reload it.
