I just have a quick question to ask to see if anyone will know. As you all probably know, most apps haven't been updated to support the retina display yet, and their app icons appear fuzzy on the springboard. will apple eventually update all of these apps so their resolution will be correct?

It is not up to Apple, it is up to the developers of the app. One would hope that eventually all actively developed apps would be updated.
