When I get an iPad, should I download all SAMEn apps that I have on my iPhone? Or use different apps for daily use?

If it's an iPhone only app you will not be able to download it for your iPad. However there is some cross-device applications that work on both iPad and iPhone (i.e Modern Combat 3). Otherwise you will have to buy 2 of the same apps for each device (one on iPhone and one on iPad)
You should do whatever works for you. The iPhone version of apps look terrible on the iPad IMO.
Sure you can. I have several.
And that's on the old displays. They'll look a lot worse on the Retina Display. (I would think)
