iPhone Apps reinstall with every Sync

I've read of this problem on Apple's forums, but didn't find a solution that worked for me.

My phone is jailbroken.

Every time i sync my phone with iTunes, it reinstalls ALL the apps again.
Not sure why it's happening. Ends up taking 2 hours to just sync the phone.

Anyone have the same issue?
Any resolutions?

After looking and looking and looking and searching and searching and searching...

It was WIFI SYNC that was causing the problem. Uninstalled it off of the PC and everything was PERFECT!!
