iPhone Apps will not sync to iTunes.

Hey guys, I'm having a bit of a problem.

The apps i've downloaded on my iphone wont sync to my itunes.

I would just Download the app to my itunes, but Tris isnt available anymore.

I could wait for 2.1 to fix it, but if my Tris app isnt being synced, it'll be lost right?

Any tips?
