iPhone as bluetooth reciver

Hi! I have a 2008 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class, witch does not have a 3.5mm audio input but does have a 30 pin connector for and iPhone or iPod to transmit audio. I was wondering if anyone knew how I could use my one of my old iPhone 4 or 4s's (I do have a jailbroken 4) to receive audio from my Samsung Galaxy s8+ or iPhone 6s via bluetooth and output in through the 30 pin charging port to the car.
