Why would it be nicer? The iPhone has a single tiny, underpowered, mono-aural speaker.

Not gonna happen i think. Once you tell iPhone to pair with a BT headset, input comes from headset's mic, output goes to headset's speaker. Never heard it can be done otherwise.
