Just recently my iphone has started asking for my apple i.d. every time I wake my phone. Restarting doesn't seem to help. I thought I might have itunes running in the background but that doesn't seem to be the case. Any thoughts?

I had same problem once due to a problem of network connection while installing an app, it kept asking me few times. I thought was malicius but was not.

Yeah, I was having that as well and it was freaking me out, but it was a ToS agreement update that was hanging because I had lost my connection.
