I recently upgraded my 3gs to iOS 4, and suddenly my phone is constantly asking me to enter the password for an exchange account. Only problem is that I do not use exchange for email, and never have. Any idea what is causing it?

Google Sync is an Exchange Server emulator if you are using that. Check you settings.
