Hello!

I have a new exciting issue on my iPhone XR.

A few days ago I was asked for my iTunes password when launching an app downloaded from the App Store. I verified the request came from the system and then input my password and everything was fine until a couple of days later when it happened again. This time it was all apps downloaded from the App Store. I couldn't even open my password manager to get my Apple ID data. I decided to log out of iCloud on my iPhone, reboot and log back in.

After the reboot and entering my Apple ID credentials, it froze on signing into iCloud for 10 or so minutes, so I rebooted again and this time I was able to log back in. I though that now everything must surely be fine.

Nope. This morning I used youtube, instagram and twitter for maybe half an hour, then put my phone down for 5 minutes until I needed to get a two factor code and again the phone requested my password on launch of all third party apps. I tried a few but non would launch until I input my password, so I did and now it's fine again for now.

Anyone else having this issue? I want to make sure it's not something wrong with iCloud before I reset my phone and restore from backup (and hope the issue isn't restored with the backup, because I'm not starting from scratch again)

TL;DR
Phone sometimes asking for iTunes password when launching apps. Logging out and back in to iCloud didn't help. Anyone else?
