near the USB power socket I have two big cracks that lift up and f it breaks of it will become a big rectangle. I havent dropped the iPhone. Will insurance cover this?

LOL. Where you been? There's only like 20 threads and hundreds of posts from people who have cracks on their phones, some right out of the box.
There definitely have been but they all are "hairline" cracks which occur due to expansion linearity! None of them are [and never can be] big enough for the whole plastic to chip off and create a rectangle!
You can probably just contact tech support from Apple and tell them cracks started to appear on the back of your iPhone. They know this is a common issue with the new iphones so they will give you like two choices:
A. they send you a box to mail your iPhone back to them and they will replace the back.(Takes 2 weeks... so if you can live without an iphone for 2 weeks go for it)
B. they will set you up with a genius bar where you bought it and they will see for themself.
