iPhone back up battery?

Maybe there are some in ebay or other website, It just like a out side bettery. It means it have a Dock and if you want to charge, you can put it into the Dock on the iPhone.Like this one(pic.):

but, you have to charge the backup bettery before, then charge the iPhone if you need.
