My hard drive recently failed and I wasn't able to back up anything from my iphone besides music. IS there any way not to lose any of my contacts, mail, apps. etc when I connect it to my mac? Also its important because I jailbroke my phone and dont have that "iphone update" I had to create when breaking it.
