iPhone 13 mini iPhone backs up to Mac Studio but not to any intel Mac

I have a strange behavior with my iPhone 13 mini. I can back up the iPhone to Mac Studio but when I try to back it up on Mac Mini 2018 (intel) or Macbook Pro 2018 (intel), it gives me an error saying the backup file is corrupt.

Has anyone else had this behavior?
