Hello!
I have an iPhone 4S which is running iOS 6.1.3. I have been trying to back it up at last to my "new" computer (Windows 7). My computer is still very high end and everything else is running like a dream. I keep getting the usual errors from iTunes like:
iTunes could not backup iPhone because an error occurred
iTunes could not restore iPhone because backup session failed

I don't have any older backups on my computer or anywhere else.

Here is a list of things I have tried:
-reinstalled and updated iTunes to newest version
-changed usb-port
-freed more than enough space on computer and phone
-rebooted many times
-deleted the "lockdown folder"
-iPhone reset
-loaded the default settings to the phone
-backup with iCloud (same errors)

Because I can't backup the iPhone I am unable to update my iOS. Any help would be appreciated!
