iPhone Backup / Jailbreak Backup

I've been searching for little over an hour but haven't found the answer to my question so I thought I'd ask here.

Does the iPhone backup that iTunes does, backup Jailbreak files/settings as well? My iPhone 4 kept respringing over and over again so I had to restore it to 5.1 unfortunately but I'm wondering if it brings over all my previous Jailbreak settings/plists/folders/little data files etc.

Some things are backed up, such as Springboard arrangement and most settings.
Any manual editing files, icons, .caf sound files are not.
The Cydia apps, hacks and actual jailbreak are not.
