My buddy at work showed me a strange phenomenon on his iPhone. He wants to backup his iPhone to his 50gb iCloud storage, but when he goes into settings and iCloud where you can see all the toggle switches for apps using iCloud, he doesn't even have a listing there for iCloud Backup. He has other apps, but not that one.
On my iPhone, it's right after Keychain in the list. But oh his not even a listing for it which is odd. I can see that he has only used 11 of 50GB so it's not a storage issue. And I confirmed he is on 14.4.
Has anyone ever encountered this and if so, what was your fix? Thanks!
