iPhone Backup problems - iTunes 9.2

I've just updated iTunes to 9.2, now my iPhone won't backup.

It syncs, all looks like it is going well until the end when iTunes pops up an error saying "The iphone cannot be synced. A duplicate filename was supplied. Ref attached image.

Have tried deleting the most recent backup in a hope that it will cure the pproblem but to no avail. Anyone have any suggestions?
