I backup and sync my iPhone on my Mac.

I'm expecting delivery of a new Mac, and wanted to know if it's possible to move the backup to the new Mac(by just copying the folder(s)), or if it's possible to just plug in my iPhone to my new Mac(after transferring iTunes data to the new Mac), backup to the new Mac, and not loose any data?

Cheers

One option is to use CarbonCopyCloner to clone your complete Macintosh HD and transfer everything to your new computer’s HD.
