iPhone Backups?

My computers hard drive is dying, and i need to backup my iPhone backups onto my external hard drive.. problem is.. I don't know where they are stored, does any body know?

On a Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/

On Windows XP:
\Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\

On Windows Vista and Windows 7:
\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\

Thanks and there they are!

Weird file names though, instead of being just one file like you would think, it's hundreds of files in a folder with a bunch of random numbers and letters in the file name, same with the folder name, hmm interesting.
