iPhone bag with purchase?

I know this seems like a silly question, but does Apple give those "special edition" iPhone bags with every iPhone release or was it just the first iPhone release? I was just wondering because I want to get one with the iPhone 4.

They gave them with the 3G. I don't remember the 3GS though.

I wish I got a bag when I bought my first iPhone. I did get a bag for the iPhone 3G. They didn't give out the bag for the 3GS. They probably won't give out a bag for the iPhone 4.

I'm only interested in it if it has swag in it.

A commemorative bag just doesn't do it for me.
