My new job issued me an iPhone. My first iPhone. I just did the update to 8.2 and now it is nearly impossible to use. Doesn't respond to touch almost all the time. Some times it will register a touch, sometimes it is laggy, if it responds at all. I did a Reset > Erase all content and settings. That seemed to fix it until about 10 minutes later it came back. Can't find anything on the internet to help. Anyone have advice?

Thanks!

Sounds like a hardware problem. Take it into the Apple Store to have it looked at.

My iPhone display has been acting a bit weird after the 8.2 update, too. At one point, the display went berserk and wouldn't let me touch it properly. Everything was out of sync.

I wasn't sure if it was a display problem with my 5s, or something with iOS 8.2. I didn't have this issue at all with 8.1.3, but it could be coincidental. I hope that if others are having the same problems, they'll report it here so we can see if it's an iOS issue or a hardware issue.
