iPhone Battery Case problems

I bought a Rocketfish Battery case from best buy a week ago. It worked fantastic! Although, last night it wouldn't charge, it just got really hot. I took the phone out of the case and just pluged the case into the charger. It seem to charge up just fine then. However, I am sitting here and the case is already half way dead. It usually will last all the way up until 2PM before it gets half way. Has anyone else had this experience?
