I was just wondering how long does your iPhone 4 battery last realistically (Browsing on 3G)?

Have iOS updates crippled the battey life?

I don't usually browse on 3G (greedy carriers) but on wifi with my iPhone 4, I get over 10 hours of use browsing my regular sites.
