iPhone battery problems

Hi Guys,

My iPhone 6 has been playing up for a little while now with crappy battery and no service a lot of the time. However the last 2 days my battery has lasted around an hour and the phone gets ridiculously hot to hold.

I've got an appointment tomorrow at the Apple Store and was just wondering what the outcome of this might be? Has anyone else had similar problems? Do you think a brand new phone would be possible as this one hasn't been right from day 1?

They'll run a few tests, and you'll probably walk out with a new phone.

Have you tried resetting the phone or restoring back to factory default?
 
Yes just done a full backup to my computer including all my health data which should include all my Apple Watch Activity and stuff right? As going to take it in restored as I don't feel comfortable with my data being with the employees and want to be able to restore everything including my Apple Watch when I get it back/get a new phone.
