Everyday Charging
#1 - Charge your iPhone throughout the day when available. Charge EVERY night, regardless of charge level. This will keep your battery active, which is healthy for the iPhone's battery.

Is this true?

I would have thought that charging to 100% and letting it discharge to around 5 or 10% & recharging to 100% again would have been better for the battery long-term rather than charging it every time you are near a socket?
