My fone dies before 12pm every day.

What's your usage like? Are you using it non stop everyday with screen on? Or is it draining like crazy even when not in use? If the latter, you may have an issue as the iPhone battery is pretty good (relatively speaking)

i dnt use it that much..

Like 4G is on.
email are push to the iphone.

next time before u charge your phone goto settings- general -usage& look at the bottom. it will show u how much life your getting out of your phone and how much standby time since last charge.. if your getting 6 hours or better thats pretty good.. post a screenshot if you want.. hold home & power button together briefly & the screen will flash... hope this helps you
